Do you only provide handmade custom rugs?
No. Melody Carpet can review handmade, machine-made and other bespoke production options depending on the design, material, quantity, budget and intended use.
Can I order an exact size and shape?
Custom sizes and selected shapes may be available depending on production feasibility. Please send your exact measurements for review.
Can I select colours and materials?
Yes. Available colour and material options depend on the selected rug type, construction and supplier capability.
Can you create a rug from my own design or logo?
We can review your artwork, reference image or logo and advise whether it is suitable for production.
How long does a custom rug take?
Lead time depends on the size, material, production method, design complexity and quantity. An estimate is provided before confirmation.
Can custom rugs be returned?
Custom, personalised and specially produced rugs are final once production has started, except where mandatory legal rights apply.
Do you deliver custom rugs internationally?
Yes. Worldwide shipping may be arranged. International freight, customs, taxes and destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.
